He removed the old crumbling unit taking great care of my surroundings and explained all facets of the new fireplace insert and walked me through seasonal starts and yearly checks We couldn’t be happier with this insert and with the professionalism exhibited by this company. Flowertown gas fireplace serviced my house and then on the following day, my neighbor. The technician was courteous, taking time to explain how and what to look for. I'll be scheduling all of my seasonal service calls with Flowertown.

Seems to be working better now. Gas fireplace was shutting off after running for 20 min or so. Prob just needed a good cleaning. But happy to get it checked out by a professional.

Great company to work with. They were prompt with responding back to any questions I had, and even kept me informed as we worked around a Tropical Storm that was coming into the area. Steven who came out for the service was also great about notifying where he was in his day, and when he'd be arriving. Came out did the service quick and professionally and left without a hitch. Will be keeping their number for all future use and will be recommending to all friends and family.

This is a great company. We’ve had them clean our chimney, install gas logs and fix a big mess in our dryer vent. Steven is always on time and explains things in great detail so we know what to expect.

Steven was awesome. He explained every step from the inspection, estimate and repair. He showed me pictures of the old system and the potential fire hazard I had if the fireplace had not been replaced. Our original replacement choice did not fit, and he worked with the company to order a smaller inset that worked great. He left my house in excellent condition each day he was here. It took him a bit longer to complete the repair, but it was well worth the extra time he put in. I would highly recommend using Flowertown Gas Fireplace and Chimney Service to anyone!

Terrific service and results, one of those appreciated skilled trades who is reliable, so knowledgeable and high integrity. Steven provided a very thorough inspection, photos and education on his first visit. He made recommendations, went over them with me and answered all my questions patiently and I gained lots of learning as a homeowner. They got me on the schedule quickly and he installed a new, stainless steel chimney cap, performed proactive exterior chimney work, cleaned my chimney and installed a new damper plate and handle. My chimney is in top form now inside and out! Highly recommend - best in the Lowcountry!
