Had a chimney chase and cap installed. This part had to be custom made and painted to fit my needs and specifications. I am very pleased with the craftsmanship, installation, and price. They are very professional and provided timely service.

Had a great experience with them. They were straight forward with me. I had them come over to take a look after a previous company did. He gave me a quote that included the different outcomes so I was bit surprised. Worked fast and did a fantastic job. I do recommend them and will be my first call if my gas fireplace stops working again.

The chimney cap was rusted and leaking into the fireplace. A new cap was fabricated and installed, chimney was inspected and then new gas logs were installed. Steven did a great job.

I would recommend Steve and Cindy for all your Fireplace concerns. We have an older unit that stopped working at the end of November. It took a minute for them to come out , understandable (holidays and everybody else’s unit needing service). They communicated with us every step through the process and did everything they said they would do. Extremely pleasant and very professional.

First they answered the phone, second they came to my house when they said they would, next they quoted me a good price for something I could not do. Then when my unit came in, they scheduled me and installed my unit, explained the function and how it should work and sound. They cleaned up after the job was completed and recommended preventative maintenance to keep it functioning properly. Steve did a great job and I would definitely recommend him for your fireplace needs. 5 stars !!!!!
